Food, training, sleep, wearables, measurements, cycles, protocols, photos: one log instead of ten apps. A personal agent reads that history and answers questions about it, so the analysis stops being your job. Private. Yours.
Collecting health data is becoming a commodity. The product is the agent on top of it. Everything you track lands in one history, and an agent that can see all of it reads it back to you. Trophos calls that LifeTelemetry.
Totals are the surface. Trophos reads what sits underneath them - iron, magnesium, B12, omega-3s - and flags where you are short, so a log becomes something you can act on.
Point your camera at a label and it's in. Log a set, sync a wearable, note a measurement, a dose, a cycle day. Capture is the cheap part, so Trophos makes it fast and gets out of the way.
Food, training, sleep, weight and wearable data land on one timeline. Ask your agent what moved and it answers from your own history, so you don't go looking for it.
Every meal, weigh-in, fast, and photo lands in one place. That single context is what your personal agent reads, so you can just ask, and it already knows your history.
Trophos is built for anyone who wants to actually follow their health, whatever that looks like for you.
Food in one app, training in another, wearable data in a third, measurements in a note. Nothing shares context, so nothing adds up.
Trackers hand back totals and charts and stop there. Whether the week was good, and what moved it, is left for you to work out.
Every app wants its own daily entry, and you are the only one joining them up. The effort compounds, the payoff doesn't, so you quit.
Point your phone at a nutrition label. Trophos reads the calories, macros, and micros and fills your diary - no forms, no typing.
Iron, magnesium, potassium, B12, omega-3s, fiber. Each shown against your own daily target.
Breakfast to snacks, copy yesterday in a tap, search the catalog or scan a barcode.
Run a 16, 18, or 20 hour fast. The hours and history sit with the rest of your data.
Daily weigh-ins, progress photos, and weekly averages that turn logs into signals.
Create custom ingredients, save the meals you cook often, and log a whole bowl in one tap.
Progress photos line up into a feed, so the slow changes the scale misses are impossible to ignore.
Essays on health data, nutrition science, product decisions, and how the app gets built.
Data moves over encrypted connections and is stored encrypted at rest. Authentication runs through Apple or Google Sign-In; billing runs through the App Store or Play Store, so payment details never touch our servers. You can export or delete your account at any time from the settings menu, whole or one area at a time. Consent is recorded per purpose and per module, and every grant and revoke is kept in a ledger you can read. No ads, no trackers following you around the web, no data resold to brokers.
Drop your email and we'll let you know the moment the app is ready. No spam, just the launch.
