What Trophos means.
Trophos comes from the Greek τροφός - 'one who nourishes'. It's a better word than 'tracker' because a tracker only counts. Everything you log lands in one history, and your own agent reads it back.
The word.
The Greek word τροφός - pronounced tró-phos - meant a nurse or one who feeds. It comes from τροφή, 'nourishment', and the verb τρέφω, 'to feed, to rear, to nourish'. The same root is still in our language today: trophic webs in biology, autotrophic organisms in botany, atrophy when something is starved of what it needs.
The Greek word stayed because 'tracker' is the wrong frame. A tracker counts. A trophos feeds. Trophos is built to show what your body is actually getting, across everything you log, not one number on one line.
What it solves.
Health data ends up scattered. Meals in one app, training in another, wearable numbers in a third, measurements in a note nobody opens again. Each app optimizes for one line on its own screen, so the question 'is any of this working?' never gets a real answer.
Collecting the data is not the hard part anymore. Phones and wearables do most of it by default. The hard part is the analysis it hands back: months of entries across separate apps, and no one reading them.
Trophos keeps it in one log. Food, training, sleep, wearable data, body measurements, cycles, medications and peptides, skincare, habits and progress photos sit on the same timeline. Then you ask, and a personal agent answers from that history: what moved, what is drifting, what lines up with what. It explains your own data. It does not diagnose you.
Why it's different.
Built around the agent
Ask about any of it and a personal agent answers from your own history, across food, training, sleep, wearables and protocols. Collecting health data is becoming a commodity. The agent on top of it is the product.
One log, not five apps
Meals, sets, sleep, wearable data, measurements, cycles, medications and peptides, skincare, habits and progress photos land in the same history. Nothing sits in a separate app that never talks to the others.
Funded by subscribers, not advertisers
No ads. No sponsored content. No selling your data. The product answers to the people using it.
Where it runs.
Trophos runs on iPhone and Android. Your data syncs between your devices.
