v0.13.0Latest
July 27, 2026Your data, your call
A privacy center with per-module control, section-by-section export, and per-module deletion.
What shipped
- Privacy center: see exactly what is collected for each part of the app, and consent purpose by purpose.
- Withdraw a consent and the app stops using that data for it, without touching the rest of your log.
- Export your account section by section, or delete a single module and keep the account.
- Diagnostics stay off until you turn them on. Nothing is reported before that.
- Health metrics page with readable charts for your wearable and body data, and a home card that follows what you track.
- Floating navigation with quick add detached from the bar, and a theme toggle that pours ink across the screen.
Fixes
- Weight reads in the units you chose, everywhere. Entries stored in the wrong unit were repaired.
- Logging after midnight no longer greets you with 'Good morning'.
Health Connect and meals
Android wearable sync, and meals named the way you actually eat them.
What shipped
- Health Connect on Android: steps, sleep, workouts and weight read into your log, encrypted.
- Choose what Trophos writes back to Health Connect, and wipe everything it wrote in one action.
- Name your own meals and set when they happen. The diary surfaces the next one instead of a fixed list.
- Search finds your own foods and recipes first, and the My Foods and Recipes tabs read from the same search box.
Fixes
- Deleting your account now clears every record attached to it.
The gym hub
Train, log every set, and see what you actually worked.
What shipped
- A gym hub with programs, routines and live sessions.
- Every exercise logs the way it is actually done: weight and reps, time, distance, or bodyweight.
- Explore for browsing exercises with demo video, steps, coaching notes and a favorites shelf.
- An anatomical body map showing muscle coverage across exercises, routines, programs and your stats.
- Group workouts: run the same session alongside someone else and keep it in shared history.
- Tell the app about past injuries once, and exercises that conflict with them carry a caution.
- Sessions estimate calories burned, and that burn lands on the diary and home.
Fixes
- Activity outside the gym logs straight from the diary instead of needing a workaround.
- The gym hub reads correctly in dark mode.
The redesign
New home, new diary, new trend view, and nutrient targets built around your profile.
What shipped
- Home rebuilt as a card deck that shifts with the time of day.
- Diary, food detail, recipes and the scanner redesigned around one flow.
- Trend view with a photo timeline, body measurements, weight goal and streaks.
- Micronutrient targets personalized to your profile, with a plain-language explanation for every nutrient.
- Settings rebuilt so any preference is one tap away.
Fixes
- Date pickers stop at today instead of letting you log the future.
- Long wheel pickers scroll without stutter.
Micronutrients everywhere
Full nutrient panel on every food, AI label scanning on both platforms.
What shipped
- Full micronutrient breakdown on every food detail, with live % of daily target.
- AI label scanning shipped on iOS and Android with sub-2s extraction.
- Fasting timer with 12 / 14 / 16 / 18 / 20 hour presets and persistent history.
- Progress photos rebuilt with a faster grid and a fullscreen viewer.
Fixes
- Diary totals now recompute instantly when you delete an entry.
- Weight log no longer double-counts entries on the same day.
Quick add, redesigned
A single sheet for every quick log: scan, search, macros, recipes.
What shipped
- Quick-add sheet with Scan, Search, Macros, Recipes in one place.
- Redesigned diary calendar with a compact week view and expandable month view.
- Weight tracking with a 30-day trend line and min/max/change stats.
- Custom ingredient creation flow with serving units.
Barcodes and Apple Health
Scan packaged foods. Sync with the Health app.
What shipped
- Barcode scanner with instant product match.
- Apple Health integration for nutrition, weight, and workouts.
- Weekly averages and day-over-day insights in Progress.
