About
Trophos is an all-in-one health log for iOS and Android with a personal AI agent on top of it. Food, training, sleep, wearable data, body measurements, cycles, medication and peptide protocols, skincare, habits and progress photos go into one history instead of one app each. The agent reads that history and answers questions about it in plain language, so the user is not left to be their own analyst. Labels are read from a photo rather than typed in.
The company's position is that collecting health data has become a commodity, and that the product is the agent on top of it. Trophos calls the category LifeTelemetry. It explains a person's own data and makes no medical claims.
Trophos is subscription-funded, carries no advertising, and does not sell user data. It is currently in closed testing, with a public waitlist at trophos.ai. The name is Greek, τροφός, 'one who nourishes'.
