## Your account

You are responsible for the account you create and the activity on it. Keep your credentials safe. Let us know immediately at[security@trophos.ai](mailto:security@trophos.ai) if you suspect unauthorized access.

## Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service, don't try to extract other users' data, don't upload unlawful content, and don't use Trophos to deceive or harm others.

## Medical disclaimer

Trophos is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your diet, supplements, or training.

## Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
